1. About us

AKOLLEKT LTD ("we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at Suite 12 2nd Floor Queens House, 180 Tottenham Court Road, London, W1T 7PD, United Kingdom. We operate the iOS application Secure Clean: Cleanup App and the website secure-clean-cleanup.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Secure Clean. By using the app or website, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to purchase a Premium plan.

3. The app — free features

Secure Clean is free to download and use from the Apple App Store. Core features — junk cleaning, threat scanning, privacy guard — are available at no cost with no time limit. No account, credit card, or registration is required to use the free version.

4. Premium features and promo codes

Premium features are unlocked by purchasing a plan on this website and entering the resulting promo code in the app.

• Premium is not an Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is processed on this website via Stripe. Apple is not involved in this transaction.
• After successful payment, a unique promo code is sent to your email address.
• The promo code is valid for one device and one activation only. It cannot be transferred or resold.
• Premium access is tied to the validity of your subscription. Access ends when the plan expires or is cancelled.

5. Pricing and billing

• 3-Day Trial: $4.99 for the first 3 days. On day 4, your payment method is automatically charged $44.99 and then $44.99 every month until cancelled.
• Weekly: $10.99 per week, renews automatically every 7 days.
• Monthly: $44.99 per month, renews automatically every 30 days.
• All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
• To avoid being charged after the trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends by emailing billing@secure-clean-cleanup.com.
• A reminder email is sent at least 3 days before any renewal charge.
• Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice by email.
• All payments are processed by Stripe. This is not an Apple In-App Purchase.

5a. Free trial terms

Where a 3-day trial is offered at $4.99, the following terms apply:

• The trial begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
• On day 4, your payment method is automatically charged $44.99 (the monthly subscription rate).
• Thereafter, $44.99 is charged every 30 days until you cancel.
• To cancel and avoid the monthly charge, you must notify us before the trial ends by emailing billing@secure-clean-cleanup.com.
• Only one trial per customer is permitted.
• By purchasing the trial, you expressly authorise AKOLLEKT LTD to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as described above.
